Selective color

This picture represents that even in a crazy messy world your friends and family will keep you emotionally organized. This picture uses selective color.

Selective color

I chose this photo because when i took it i wasn't really paying attention to the cone but then when i edited it i liked the way the cone stood out and i thought the cone and the light were appealing to the eye

selective color

this picture shows the rule of thirds

I took this picture because I like how the leafs were together and I also like how the blue color reminds me of the snow and Christmas.

selective color

I took this picture when I was trying to take Ronaldo's senior picture. I like this photo because it had good detail and I like how his tie is completely different from the back ground.

Selective Color

This picture looks almost dystopian in nature. The state of the objects in the foreground, focus point, and background are all in a poor state of repair and look as though they have been long since abandoned. I find that black and white are well used to make depressing and bleak surroundings in photography which I find interesting.

Selective Color

I chose this picture because I like how the outside is black and white, and walking through arch is sunny.

selective color

flowers are those little colorful beacons of the sun from which we get sunshine when dark, somber skies blanket our thoughts.

Selective Color

I chose this picture as my favorite because I love how the rain drops look like two different sized worlds right next to each other. They are also the only two perfectly circled dew drops on the lettuce.
selective color

I chose this is picture because i like how the orange flower stands out from the black and white background.

selective color

I chose that picture because I like how the background is blurred, the green is vibrant yet natural and how you can see the detail in a darker green. I think it shows fall colors.

Selective Color

This picture was taken in front of the school. Daisies are such beautiful flowers that no one really pays attention to.

Selective Color

This is the picture I liked most out of the selective color project. I used the original color of the yellow flower to color the water droplets that were on the petal. I especially like the close detail and the little bug that is at the center of the flower. This picture has a great composition of center of interest, macro, and of course selective color. I personally love taking pictures after rain because the incredibly neat detail of the water droplets.

Selective Color Blog

This photo is one of my favorites, it was taken awhile back when I was in Dana Gray. This picture reminds me of a lot of memories when I used to skate back in the day a lot of fun times. So yeah this photo brings a lot of memeries and of course I was trying to do a trick off my porch but it was a fail, so thats why is my favorite. :) I also did pretty good on doing selective color on this photo ofcourse Im not a perfossional but I tried my best :)

selective color

I choose this picture because I liked how the background has rain drops and the sun is beaming on the flower so there is a shadow of the flower.

Selective Color

I chose this picture because it represents nature. It was a beautiful day and I took this picture because I liked the different colors the flower has.

selective color

I like this picture because its go a great depth of field, leading lines, center of interest, and selective color. I also like this picture because it the announcers booth at the football stadium at the school I go to.

Selective Color

I chose this photo because I though the reflection and lack of color was pretty cool. I also liked the different textures.

Selective Color

I chose this image because I used a strong depth of field to blur the background out, which helps the pole stand out better. The deep red tones against the desaturated background makes the pole pop out, and adds an interesting effect to the photo.

selective color

I choose this photo because I like how the white and red stands out.

Selective Color

I chose this picture because it shows selective color. I like this picture because it has a strong center of interest.

Selective color

In this picture I used macro, center of interest, and blacked out the background. I took this picture on Campbell hawthorn logging land behind my ranch when i was riding. I like this picture because the fern looks cool and stands out against the black background.

Selective Color

This picture is of the light pinkish balls that form after the flower of a plant dies. The colors are washed out and fragile making them easily overwhelmed. By making the background black and white I brought out the color in the little pink jewels. This photo also had a macro effect which also helps negate any background distraction. There is also depth of field and vertical lines.

Selective Color

I was wondering my family's property when I saw this old warning sign and thought it would be a good selective color photo.
This photo uses center of interest and leading lines.

Selective Color

I chose this picture because of our history of technology. Today, people don't use phone booths, instead they have smart phones that you can take anywhere you go. For example, like the restroom. I just wanted to show how times have changed.

This day was a dream come true. Taking pictures and going to places to take pictures was only the beginning. Making memories you will always remember for the rest of your life is priceless. You only turn 15 once and you got to enjoy every second of it because time goes by really quickly.

Selective color

I chose this picture because the red stands out a lot. I don't think the white car in the back changed color at all.  Daniel is my inspiration for all my pictures.

Selective Color

I chose this picture because it reminds me of the fall season which we are in now. As you walk through the school you may see a multitude of these leaves scattered around. The crispy red leaves may stand out to you the most as well as in this picture.

Selective Color

This photograph represents my cat Abby perfectly. She is always black and white with her actions, she is either really happy or really angry. Her eyes are always filled with fire and passion.
This photo contains Rule of Thirds, Selective Color, and Depth of Field.

Selective Color

I chose this picture not only because I liked the way it looked, but what it represents. For some, it represents much more than just a game. It is a lifestyle, an escape, and a magnet that brings many people from our community together as one.

Color

This picture was taking on the day of my Quinceanera last year. I like This picture because it reminds me of that day and how special it is to me. There is many pictures of this day, but this one is my favorite because my cousin is with me in it.
The picture uses color focus, center of interest, and partly blurred background.

selective color

I like photo because the red stands out a lot due to selective color.

selective color

I chose this picture because it represented color. The blue really stood out against gray background. Why do we still have this telephone booth here; it doesn't even work. But i liked how it was colorful.

Selective Color

I decided to Photoshop this flower with selective color to make the red petals center of attention.

Selective Color

I took this picture because I noticed that Leif's shirt stood out from the rest of his outfit, and I realized that i could make it stand out more.

selective color

This is my favorite pic for selective color because of the lighting of the locomotive. This pic has leading lines, depth of field, center of interest, color, and mood of photo. I would not change anything about this photo.

I chose this picture because it looks pretty cool.

Selective Color

I chose this picture to write about because I like the way the bright yellow gate is the only thing with color. It really reflects the color like the sunshine shining off the moons surface bright in the midnight sky.

Selective Color

I chose this picture to write about because I love how the tree captures the majestic early morning sunlight. I looks like a young falcon soaring over the calm ocean swell.

Selective Color

This photo was taken at the Westport Beach on a cloudy day. I really like this photo because the main focus is on my sister.

Selective Color

I really like this photo, there is great detail, and the colors are great. I took this picture in one of my favorite coffee shops in Mendocino on a cloudy morning .

I took this picture in one of San Francisco's most popular streets. I wanted to capture the everything that was happening while adding a splash of color and I believe I achieved that in this picture.

Selective Color

This picture was taken at school when we went to go shot. the whether was prefect and the lighting was good as well. Esme is taking a picture of the plants while I am taking a picture of her. For this picture I did selective color and I fix the levels.

Selective Color

This photo was taken in London at the Tower of London. Since red is the color that reminds me of this city, I wanted it to be the main focus of the photograph.

Selective Color

This picture was taken at Lake Mosquito when I went to Camp Unalayee. It was my first time kayaking and it was an amazing experience that I had with my brother and friend , Mariah, who is the one in the picture. It was a beautiful day and the lake was nice and calm to be able to be kayaking.

The composition includes selective color and the addition of hue, saturation, and vibrancy.
