I chose this photo because Guadalajara is my home town, and it is one of my favorite cities that I've been to. There is a lot of beauty in the culture. Vicente Fernandez is one of the most important people in the city since he is the king of Mariachi music in Guadalajara. Guadalajara is known for its Mariachi bands and it's Tequila which is why I chose the Tequila field as the background and pattern.

Currency
For my currency bill I did china because it is a country that has improved in technology. I mostly overlap the pictured and lowered the opacity.
Alphabet
The world I decided to do was dinosaur. Some of the letters were hard to find but I found them. i fixed the levels and then made them black and white.
Posterize
I liked this picture for persona because he has the right amount of sun on his face. I took this picture during Avid next to the window. I fixed the levels on the picture and then converted into black and white then did posterize 4.

My Word
The word I chose to do was tootsie roll, but as you can see here i did miss one letter but it didn't fit but I think it came it pretty good I like it and I also like that brand of chocolate. Also I got pretty creative because I was stressing about the S but then I was like oh I can make a S with my lineyard.

Persona
I picked Adrian for my persona. The utilities that are important to him is his keys, reminder binder, eraser, and his phone. I fixed the level and did mini edits on his picture. I then combined them together.
Persona
This is my friend, Lesley Leal, who is a senior at our Fort Bragg High School. I took this picture in Mrs.Tichinan's room. She definitely carries all the things she needs to be prepared for school.

Hands

The criteria was to photograph hands, either real or fake, holding interesting objects. This fits the criteria because the hand itself is decorated and holding a phone. I used rule of thirds for the focal point, which is the ring on her finger, as well as selective color. I cropped a little tight, as I cut out the wrist, but I think it made it more interesting that way. It was also a shallow depth of field which brought more attention to the hands themselves. It is my favorite image because I like the way the hands look. It is a natural pose and the green nail polish contrasts the other colors, bringing further focus to her fingers.

Kaleidoscope
I chose this picture because the pole forms a very interesting pattern due to the angle which it was shot. I also find the coloring interesting in that red is thoroughly scattered across the image.
Kaleidoscope
I chose this picture because in the middle it has a very interesting pattern. I chose a plant with a water drop. I had already edited the picture because I used it for my macro project. I rotated the image until I got the desire look I wanted. I then flattened the image.
Kaleidoscope
This picture is of the Brooklyn Bridge. It was a very sunny day and there were many people walking on the bridge. I edited the picture in black and white because it made the picture more detailed. I really love this photograph because it looks modern.

Double Exposure

In this piece I nearly instantly came up with
the idea which would use a child looking out of a window at a painting from my
favorite Romantic era painter, John Martin as he painted expansive and slightly
terrifying hellish landscapes of biblical proportion. I decided that the irony
of the odd nature of the excited child happily looking upon the doom of many
would have an interesting visual impact. There were two major blocks I came to
in this project. The first, and probably most significant was the limit to what
pictures I could use. I needed to find a decent stock image of a rather oddly
specific subject at at least a 1080p resolution while
dealing with not being able to use almost all of the images I would have liked
to use due to the school filter blocking stock image sights as well as most any
other sources that exist on the internet. The second issue was that I would
have liked to have spent more time editing the lines in the image so it looked
more believable. But even with these two factors, I believe that my concept
comes through witch is what I care about most here although I would like for it
to be of a slightly better quality.
Double Exposure
I chose this picture because it explains my life, I love leaving in the coast especially with the amazing beaches and views that we have and I was born and raised in this small town. But I'm also a city boy because I love the lights in the night its so creative, and in cities there is different type of people and cultures that you can find. That's why I chose this picture, it says a lot in the picture.
Double Exposure
I chose this picture because you can see the sun and trees from behind. It is one of my favorites because every time you look you see a new element of the photograph.
Double Exposure
I took two pictures and blended them together of Mr. Marley Mcclure and a rat just because of his rat-like behavior. Marley is also very rich part of the "rich boi gang gang" as they call it. This picture fit good together because the traits of the the rat picture fit perfectly with Marley.
